Clara, or Cleo, graduated from Bikram's Yoga College Of India in Fall 2014. She began practicing in Milan and soon visited more than 40 studios on 4 continents and in 6 languages during 2 years of touring with her dancing troupe. She completed numerous 30-days challenges; she finds that daily practice is essential for her, even now, as a teacher, she never misses a class!

Clara, o Cleo, è diventata insegnante certificata Bikram Yoga nel 2014. Inizia a praticare a Milano qualche anno prima per poi visitare più di 40 studi in 4 continenti diversi ed in 6 lingue, nell'arco di due anni di viaggi legati alla sua professione di performer. Ha completato diverse 30-days challenge in giro per il mondo poichè la pratica giornaliera è subito diventata per lei di vitale importanza: tutt'ora come insegnante non perde mai una lezione!

Benjamin started practicing Bikram Yoga in 1999 and has been teaching since 2014. He has taught in over 20 studios around the world and currently teaches class in English and Italian. Born in the United States, he moved to England in 2007, and settled in Italy in 2016. Bikram Yoga is his life and his passion and he is excited to share that passion with you at Hot Yoga Trieste.

Benjamin inizia a praticare Bikram Yoga nel 1999 e insegna dal 2014. Ha insegnato in oltre 20 studi in tutto il mondo e insegna in inglese e italiano. Nato negli Stati Uniti, si trasferisce in Inghilterra nel 2007, e arriva in Italia nel 2016. Bikram Yoga è la sua vita e passione ed è entusiasta di condividere questa passione con te a Hot Yoga Trieste.

Valentina started practicing 10 years ago in Milan after living abroad for few years. After 5 years in 2017 she felt she wanted to share this passion with others and she left for the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Acapulco, Mexico. Vale has been with us in Trieste since 2020 and teaches a no nonsense and rigorous Bikram Yoga class.

Valentina ha cominciato a praticare circa 10 anni fa a Milano al suo rientro in Italia dopo diversi anni all'estero. Dopo 5 anni, nel 2017 ha sentito il bisogno di condividere questa passione con gli altri ed è quindi partita per il Teacher Training di Bikram ad Acapulco in Messico.
